Advice to Club Members - Approval of New Club Constitution and Bylaws

At a General Meeting of Club members on 13 February 2020, the new Club Constitution was approved by unanimous vote of those present.

The Committee also revised the Bylaws – the purpose of these is to state our expectations and processes for making our club work. These Bylaws are complementary to the Constitution and also binding on all of us.

Both the new Constitution, and the revised Bylaws, are at Constitution & Bylaws below for your reference. There is a hard copy of both these documents available at the Club premises if required.
